I highly recommend ordering Spanish Iberico from Campo Grande and finishing it with Tortilla de Patatas

I spoke about this in the House Husbands of Bel Air Gift Guide, but I had to show you the final product. Dr Drew copped a box of Iberico Pork the “wagyu of pork” from Campo Grande. We have zero affiliation with Campo Grande besides that their Iberico is incredible as advertised. I’ve tried a few of these meat delivery services such as Butcher Box and haven’t been very happy with the way the meat is trimmed and delivered.

With Butcher Box for example, the brisket that arrives has no fat cap and is not trimmed in a way where you could smoke it or even roast it. The only use for their brisket would be to make lean corned beef. It’s like when I overhear my wife and her girls say something like, “Whatever he’ll pay for dinner.” It’s that type of beef.
